Piney, grassy goodness.

Hawks Head Lighter Times was a very enjoyable experience, it poured brilliantly with an amber colour and a hazy look. The head was foamy and beautiful to look at.

The flavours of this beer were good, yet complex. The initial bitterness was followed up by a strong wheat flavour, then strong piney and grassy notes that finished it off.

The Piney and grassy notes made this beer perfect for the bank holiday weekend and I couldn’t recommend it more for the good weather to come.

We rate this beer highly and give it a 8/10.
